Rainbow Beach Vendor Site Rental - November 2026

Welcome to the Seanacy Coffee Commercial Hub at Rainbow Beach.

Located right in the heart of the Rainbow Beach town centre, we host a rotating lineup of the region's best mobile food vendors on our private commercial concrete pad, capturing heavy coastal traffic on the Inskip / K'gari corridor.

Pricing & Available Daily Shifts:
• Monday–Thursday: $50 per shift
• Friday–Sunday: $75 per shift
• Breakfast: 6:00 AM to 10:30 AM
• Lunch: 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM
• Dinner: 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM

Site Inclusions & Benefits:
• Exclusive Single-Van Access: Guaranteed 1 food van on-site per shift. Zero competing food trucks trading on the pad during your booked slot.
• Included Infrastructure: Dedicated commercial concrete hardstand, 15A power access, town water, greywater drainage, and customer toilet.
• Operational Buffer Times: Vendors receive site access 30 minutes before their official shift to set up, and 30 minutes after their shift to pack down and vacate the site.

Multi-Slot & Full-Day Rules:
• Back-to-Back Slots: If you book consecutive shifts (e.g., Breakfast and Lunch, or Lunch and Dinner), you may remain parked on the pad during the gap time between shifts for free.
• Split Shifts: If you book a Breakfast and a Dinner slot but leave the Lunch slot open, you MUST pack down and vacate the site during the midday period so another booked vendor can access the site.
• No Overnight Stays: Strictly no overnight parking or camping on site. Even if you book a Dinner shift and the following morning's Breakfast shift, you must vacate the pad overnight.

Mandatory Vendor Compliance:
Because we are a private commercial site, you do NOT need a Council Public Land (CUPL) Permit to trade here. However, all approved vendors must hold and provide copies of:
1. Active Gympie Regional Council Food Business Licence (or valid QLD Mobile Licence)
2. Public Liability Insurance Certificate ($10M+ minimum coverage)
3. Food Safety Supervisor Certificate

Booking Terms & Conditions:
• Booking Cutoffs: Shifts must be booked at least 6 hours in advance, and you can book up to 90 days into the future.
• Non-Refundable: All individual slot purchases are strictly non-refundable. By booking, you agree to these terms.
• Subscriptions: Recurring monthly/fortnightly subscription slots require a mandatory 30-day advance cancellation notice.

How to Secure Your Slots:
1. Select your desired Date and Shift from the dropdown menus below.
2. Click Add to Cart.
3. To book multiple shifts or full days, simply change the dropdowns and click Add to Cart again to stack them in one transaction. 
4. Proceed to checkout to finalize your reservation (Afterpay is available for multi-shift bookings).
