Cancellation policy

At Seanacy Coffee Club, we keep your caffeine pipeline running smoothly with total flexibility. You can pause, adjust, skip, or cancel your active recurring delivery loops completely free of charge at any time directly through your custom Customer Account Portal. 

To ensure our packing bays do not custom-roast or manifest an unneeded batch, cancellation requests must be processed at least 24 hours prior to your rolling weekly or fortnightly billing renewal date. Once a batch is custom-roasted and sealed, the transaction is finalized. For any account assistance, our team is always on standby at crew@seanacy.com.au
