All Seanacy coffee orders are freshly packed and fulfilled straight out of our regional logistics pipeline on the subtropical coasts of Queensland.

Fulfillment Timelines:
Because our beans are fresh-roasted on a strict low-batch schedule to ensure maximum flavor and natural oil retention, please allow 1 to 3 business days for our packing bays to manifest and seal your order before it enters the postal system.

Shipping Rates & Delivery:
* Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $9.95 — delivered in 3–7 business days
* Express Shipping: Delivered in 2–4 business days
* Free Shipping: Automatically applied to all orders over $75

Shipping Carrier Frameworks & Unattended Delivery:
We ship natively nationwide across Australia utilizing Australia Post and regional courier freight lines. By default, deliveries enter the carrier stream with an inherent Authority to Leave (ATL) if the dispatch rider deems the drop zone safe, dry, and protected from public street views. We accept zero structural liability for stolen or weather-damaged items once a carrier manifest registers an order as successfully delivered. Please allow extended transit buffers for remote outback tracks or regional locations.

Tracking:
Once your fresh roast has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent automatically to your nominated email address.

All Seanacy coffee is custom-roasted in small batches to ensure absolute peak freshness. Specialty coffee benefits from a natural 5–7 day degassing period post-roast — so by the time your order arrives, it’s perfectly ready to brew.
