Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Seanacy Coffee. By visiting our site and purchasing products from our storefront directory, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be legally bound by the following terms and conditions.

Section 1 - Online Store Terms:
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or territory of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. We reserve the absolute right to refuse any order you place with us.

Section 2 - Pricing and Variations:
All product prices listed on our digital storefront are displayed in Australian Dollars ($AUD) inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the absolute right to alter pricing, amend available variant sizes, adjust raw bean subscription tiers, or discontinue blends at any moment without prior liability notices. Coffee is a seasonal, fresh agricultural product, and blend availability may vary based on our roasting schedules.

Section 3 - Electronic Communications:
When you initiate an account, purchase products, or opt into our tracking platforms, you consent to receive legal and transaction electronic communications natively. You retain the right to unsubscribe from non-transaction promotional loops at any point using the built-in control anchors.

📦 Section 4 - Small-Batch Roasting & Logistics Policy:
All Seanacy lifestyle profiles are custom-roasted to order in small batches on the subtropical coasts of Queensland to ensure absolute peak freshness. To maintain our high artisan standards, orders are processed and dispatched on a rolling weekly schedule within 24–48 hours of roasting. By completing your purchase via standard or express checkout shortcuts (including Shop Pay, Afterpay, or Google Pay), you explicitly acknowledge and agree that premium specialty coffee requires a natural 5 to 7-day degassing period post-roast to fully develop its deep flavor notes. Delivery timelines align with this rolling artisan fresh-roast cycle, and transit time allows the beans to perfectly age before brewing.

Section 5 - Governing Law:
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia.
