Welcome to the Seanacy Coffee Commercial Hub at Rainbow Beach.
We host a rotating lineup of the region's best mobile food vendors on our private commercial concrete pad, trading directly alongside the Seanacy Coffee commercial storefront.
We offer exclusive 1-van-at-a-time trading, on-site power, town water, customer seating, and a prime location right in the heart of Rainbow Beach. Situated just off the main street, our site captures heavy town center foot traffic as well as the continuous coastal vehicle flow heading out on the Inskip / K'gari corridor.
Note to Coffee & Beverage Vans: We trade our own specialty coffee and cold brew on-site. Fellow coffee vans are absolutely welcome to book and share the community vibes & the love for coffee, just be aware you will be trading in a collaborative environment alongside a coffee host!

Site Pricing & Shift Times:
- Mid-week shifts (Mon-Thu): $50 per session
- Weekend peak (Fri-Sun): $75 per session
- Daily Shifts Available: Breakfast (6:00 AM - 10:30 AM) | Lunch (11:30 AM - 3:30 PM) | Dinner (4:30 PM - 8:30 PM).
Site Inclusions & Perks:
- Full Infrastructure: Dedicated commercial concrete hardstand, 15A power access, town water, greywater drainage, and access to a customer toilet.
- Buffer Times: 30 minutes of free buffer time before and after your shift for bump-in/bump-out.
- Back-to-Back Perks: Book consecutive slots (e.g., Lunch & Dinner) and remain parked on the pad during the gap time for free!
VENDOR COMPLIANCE & ONBOARDING:
All approved vendors must hold and provide copies of:
- Active Gympie Regional Council Food Business Licence (or QLD Mobile Food Licence)
- Public Liability Insurance Certificate ($10M+ minimum coverage)
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
We operate a secure, automated booking portal for our approved vendors. To apply for site access, please complete the Vendor Registration Form below and upload your required permits.
Once approved by our team, you will receive an email with your login details to access the live scheduling calendar and secure your slots.
