THE FRESHNESS JOURNEY: ZERO WASTED DAYS
Tired of stale, bitter supermarket coffee that sits on shelves for months?
At Seanacy, we do things differently. We specialize in custom, roast-on-demand coffee beans that are stamped with their physical roast date so you know exactly when they were crafted.
But here is the best part: because we roast, pack, and dispatch your order within 24 to 48 hours, (excluding weekends and public holidays) the natural aging process specialty coffee needs doesn't eat into your weekend.
THE SCIENCE OF THE "TRANSIT AGE" (DEGASSING IN THE POST)
To unlock thick, velvety crema and fully develop deep flavor notes, specialty coffee beans need a natural 5 to 7 day "degassing" rest period post-roast.
With standard coffee brands, this rest period is a boring waiting game at home. With Seanacy, we use the transit time to do the hard work for you.
While your package is traveling via Australia Post, your beans are naturally degassing and maturing inside the sealed bag.
Roasting & Packing: Day 1-2
Degassing in Transit: Day 2-5 (Happening right inside the mail truck!)
Peak Barista Extraction: Day 5-7 (Arrives on your doorstep)
By the time your beans land on your kitchen bench, caravan, or tailgate, they have already completed almost their entire degassing journey. They are primed, rested, and ready to explode with flavor.
THE EXPRESS POST HACK: LOCK IN THE WEEKEND SESSION
Want to guarantee your morning extractions are flawless for your upcoming long weekend or camp trip?
Select Express Post at checkout to push your roast to your door earlier in the week:
1. Monday/Tuesday: We custom-roast your batch and ship it immediately.
2. Wednesday/Thursday: Your beans arrive looking sharp. You pack them straight into your camping gear, 4x4 rig, or wake boat.
3. Saturday/Sunday: The beans hit their absolute peak 5-to-7-day sweet spot. You rip open the bag, brew a fresh Flat Bicky or Glass Out on the camp stove or boat deck, and enjoy the ultimate barista-level extraction.
THE PEAK FRESHNESS RULE: JUST CHECK THE STAMP!
We know how tempting it is to rip open that bag and brew it the second it arrives—the aroma alone is a serious test of willpower!
Simply check the Roast Date stamped on your Seanacy pouch. If your delivery driver was lightning-fast and it's only been 3 or 4 days since the roast date, letting them rest just 1 or 2 more days will lock in that ultimate velvety extraction.
Freshness is a journey. We roast it, transit ages it, you extract it. Fuel the chase!
